We pay homage to Julia Child's culinary genius with a curated menu of exquisite French delicacies. First, a Gruyère and Parmesan Cheese Soufflé with its creamy blend of flavors. Then, indulgent Beef Bourguignon, with tender beef in a velvety red wine sauce, bursting with robust flavors. No French feast is complete without Potato Mousseline - creamy, buttery, and heavenly. For dessert, French Apple Tarts à la Mode - buttery crusts, caramelized apples, and velvety ice cream. We raise our glasses to Julia Child, celebrating her culinary legacy and the joy of a shared meal.
