On this lovely spring-inspired menu from Italy, we will begin with Gnocchi Alla Romana - semolina gnocchi baked gratin style with a luscious blend of tomato and cheese. Next, we feature Chicken Saltimbocca, where tender chicken cutlets are expertly cooked with layers of prosciutto and fresh sage, all elegantly served with a velvety white wine butter sauce. Alongside this, we will offer Ciambotta, a delicious and hearty stew brimming with the vibrant flavors of seasonal spring vegetables. To conclude our meal on a sweet note, we will serve Torta Tenerina, a decadent and rich flourless chocolate torte that will surely satisfy any chocolate lover. Andiamo!
