The ultimate hands-on class! Dive into the intricate process of laminating dough to craft exquisite croissants across two enriching days. On the initial day, participants individually prepare their dough, skillfully incorporating butter to create the trademark flaky layers of a perfect croissant. Delve into the techniques of cutting, rolling, and baking to ensure a flawless outcome. As the sun rises the following day, the spotlight is on you. Return to the classroom to expertly shape and bake sumptuous Croissants and indulgent Pain au Chocolat. C’est magnifique!
