KNIFE SKILLS CLASS Thursday March 27th 5pm - 7pm

Knowing how to use knives skillfully is the essential foundation of all cooking, and it certainly doesn't have to be scary or frustrating. This class is designed to help you become a better cook and more confident in the kitchen. You will learn how to slice, dice, chop, and perform much more in the safest and most efficient way possible. As part of the class you will also debone a whole chicken. Additionally, this class will guide you through the important practice of keeping your knives sharp and handling them correctly to ensure maximum safety while you cook.

For this class you we will demonstrate how to put together chicken stock with all the chopping you do as well as other ways to use the practice vegetables from class. In addition, the cut up chicken is also yours to take home. We will provide all the containers for these. There is no actual cooking in this class.
