In this class we will be making the queen of French bread - rich and buttery Brioche. Due to time constraints, we will provide a dough ready to shape and bake. While the dough is proofing, you will make your own batch of brioche learning all the techniques and tricks for a successful brioche. You will have plenty of baked brioche to bring home as well. Join us for this fun, informative and immersive baking class. In this class you will learn these classic shapes:
