In this class we will be making the queen of French bread - rich and buttery Brioche. Due to time constraints, we will provide a dough ready to shape and bake. While the dough is proofing, you will make your own batch of brioche learning all the techniques and tricks for a successful brioche. You will have plenty of baked brioche to bring home as well.
