Join us for a cooking class on mastering sweet and savory crêpes. Our expert instructor will guide you in creating these delicate delights. Learn the techniques to become a crêpe connoisseur! We will be making 2 kinds of crepes. First, Buckwheat Crêpes to make savory Galettes of eggs, ham, and Swiss cheese. Then an all purpose crepe used to make sweet filled crepes with nutella and the classic flambéed Crêpes Suzette. Using these crêpes, we will also learn how to make cannelloni style crêpes filled with Chicken + Wild Mushrooms glazed with cream and baked in the oven. Join us for a delicious and educational time.
