Join us for a delicious time at the Asheville Kitchen as we learn the art of challah making with baker Emily Baron. She’ll walk you through her favorite recipe for a perfectly golden, feathery, slightly sweet challah while sharing some tips and tricks for customizing the dough to suit your tastes. You’ll then learn three different braiding techniques – including the impressive 6-strand braid – before braiding your very own challah. You’ll leave with both a baked loaf of challah and a ball of dough to braid and bake at home.
